Impeccably clean, brand-new hotel, I enjoyed en suite rooms and very very helpful staff. The property's location was stunning, in Guerande area. Moreover, it's right by a dental clinic and a couple of other commercial enterprises, La Baule and the park. This was my good stay for every night of my 6 night stay.

it has good location 30 km away from the airport. plus it's set in the beautiful area.

The location of this hotel is convenient, with a dental clinic and other businesses nearby, as well as close to La Baule, QUIMIAC, and the town center, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was big, clean and the bed very confortable and also the bathroom. Very good quality for the price and is a good place to rest and have a good nith, is in a quiet place. Is a nice stop for a long travel.

Very difficult to find, is outside the city and not well signaled, after 21h30 the registration is done by a machine

Location - very far for walking to the city center. It's almost impossible to find it even with gps.

The staff was super friendly and we would come back for sure. Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for the price. Truly enjoyed our fairly quiet room with another bunk bed for kids. the hotel was in a quiet and stunning location in the Guerande area.

Excellent value for money: all you want from a hotel for a lot less money than comparable hotels. Easy walk (15 - 20 minutes) to Guérande town centre (old town).

The hotel is very new, so the road it's on is not on any map or GPS and Google maps actually pointed to the wrong location. Use the driving directions on Booked.net, which work well. Also, since some of the reviews that I read before going, the hotel has put up signs on the main road in Guérande, which take you to the right place. The hotel is essentially on a part-completed business park, so no bars or restaurants in the immediate area, but as noted in my "likes", it's an easy stroll into the delightful Guérande old town.

Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy room however there was not enough lighting in the bathroom once you entered the shower area. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff and good value for money, short drive or walk to the centre of Guerande.

Good value hotel, and good value breakfast. ideal for a short stay of a couple of days. the location, although out of town is fine. There is a short cut walk to the centre of town which only takes about 10 minutes.

The location here is stunning, and the room is clean with modern amenities like an electronic key card, satellite TV, and study table.

The rooms were spacious and had an en suite bathroom. the staff were very helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near a dental clinic, commercial enterprises, La Baule, the beach, and the salines.

Free internet, free parking, very clean, new hotel, the matresses are of good quality.

The structure of 2-floor children bed in the family room is very cheap - it makes noise with every move of the child. Also were disappointed with the breakfast - youghurt, croissant, coffee and cereals - that is all you get. Car is a MUST!
